New Jersey 2024 Recreational Summer Flounder Options

The New Jersey Marine Fisheries Council is seeking public comment on the 2024 NJ Recreational Summer Flounder options included in the table below.

There are 6 possible options to choose from. Status quo is not an option; it is the 2023 regulation and for reference purposes only.

Written comments will be accepted through March 4, 2024 (11:59 p.m.) to njmarinefishpubliccomment@njdepwptest.net.

Submitted comments will become part of the public record for the New Jersey Marine Fisheries Council meeting taking place on March 7, 2024 (5 p.m.) at the Atlantic County Library, Galloway Township Branch, 306 East Jimmie Leeds Rd, Galloway, NJ. The meeting will also be held virtually if you cannot attend in person. The link to register to attend virtually will be posted on the Marine Fisheries Council Meetings webpage at least three days prior to the meeting.
