With hundreds of 400 publicly accessible lakes, ponds and reservoirs, as well as 8,600 miles of public streams and rivers, our waters offer an amazing choice of freshwater fishing opportunities. For saltwater fishing, 83 miles of bayshores and 127 miles of Atlantic coastline, provide unparalleled opportunities for anglers.

Stocking
Freshwater fishing opportunities are plentiful thanks to the annual stocking of more than 2,000,000 fish in 250+ bodies of water. For hunters, approximately 50,000 pheasants and 11,000 quail are stocked on our Wildlife Management Areas, the Delaware Water Gap NRA, and Ft. Dix.
