Basic parts of the form

The current National Register of Historic Places Registration Form is NPS Form 10-900. Any sections that do not fit into the main form use a labeled Continuation Sheet, ENPS Form 10-900-a, for the overflowing content. Older nomination forms vary in their exact contents but largely followed the same format.
