Hardcopy submissions are not directly delivered to individual staff by mail carriers, but stamped and logged into our central project log before distribution. If you are visiting our office, please do not drop off submissions directly in reviewers’ cubes.

Use the mailing code address, not our physical location, for all U.S. Postal Service mail.

Use HPO’s Email Submittal Form to submit project and other review requests and documentation for easier project tracking.

Metered parking
Metered parking

Visitors can use metered on-street parking for up to 8 hours.

The City of Trenton now uses kiosks on nearby streets instead of individual parking meters. You can now pay through either the Flowbird app or the kiosk itself, which accepts both cash and credit cards. If you plan to use paper bills, the kiosks only accept $1 or $5 bills and will not provide change.

Station Plaza Parking Facility
Station Plaza Parking Facility

The “Station Plaza” garage stairwell faces our courtyard. Enter the garage through the Yard Avenue (off South Clinton Avenue) and/or Wallenberg Avenue entrances.

This parking facility no longer uses paper tickets or on-site payments. Before arriving, we recommend installing the owner’s app (NexPass App) and following setup instructions to use the garage more easily. If you plan repeat visits, registering your car and payment method with the app will let you use the gate’s license plate reader and automatically pay as you leave. Otherwise, you will need to have your phone ready at both entry and exit to scan a QR code.
