Stakeholder Meeting – Hazardous Waste Rule

New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is holding a stakeholder meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm EST, online via the Microsoft Teams remote meeting platform. This meeting is being held to discuss and receive feedback on plans to propose rule amendments for the Hazardous Waste rule (N.J.A.C. 7:26G) and related provisions in the Recycling Rules (N.J.A.C. 7:26A).
