Join the knowledgeable staff and volunteers at the Pequest Natural Resource Education Center and learn some fishing basics. Staff will talk about the history and use of the hatchery, safety and ethics of fishing. They will go over equipment and how it is used. After the discussion, participants will practice casting before heading to the pond for some hands-on fishing experience.

All equipment will be supplied.

Youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Under 10 years of age, must be working directly with an adult.

Cost – $10 per family

Need – NJ Fishing license and trout stamp for those over 16 years of age.
