New Jersey Fish & Wildlife’s R3 Hunting & Shooting Program, in partnership with Hunters Helping the Hungry (HHH), Growmark FS and The Heritage Guild of Branchburg will be hosting two FREE Deer Butchering Workshops on Saturday, November 23, 2024, and Saturday, December 7, 2024. These workshops are designed to educate hunters on how to skin and butcher their own harvested deer!

Workshop Overview:

This workshop is open to deer hunters 18 years and older who want to learn how to skin, cut and process their own harvested deer. This workshop will include a butchering demonstration by professional butchers who will teach hunters the important art of processing their deer harvest.

When/Where:

Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Growmark FS.

Registration is VERY limited for each workshop location. Please only apply if you are committed to attending the program.

Registration will end at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. You will be notified by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2024, if you are awarded a spot.
