This free event offered by the Division of Air Enforcement (DAE) will provide updates from both Air Enforcement and Permitting staff. Updates will include odor enforcement, environmental justice, state/federal regulations, general permits, and organization charts. Join us as we discuss the up-and-coming New Jersey Cannabis Industry, including the types of sources that require permits and the enforcement issues that have been encountered. This session will also include updates on cargo handling regulations and enforcement efforts, in addition to an overview of the new stack testing language that was issued in the latest Compliance Advisory. The Division of Air Quality and Radiation Protection (DAQRP) will also provide a presentation on navigating the program’s websites.
