This free event offered by the Division of Air Enforcement (DAE) will provide updates from both Air Enforcement and Permitting staff. Join us as we discuss the enforcement process from the discovery of a violation to settlement and provide a regulatory update. There will be presentations regarding the revised Supplemental Environmental Project Policy, above ground storage tanks, permit applicability, environmental justice, and construction, repair, and maintenance (CRM) with an opportunity for the regulated community to ask specific questions that pertain to your facility’s air pollution regulated equipment.
