Presentation on Hammonton Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load and Restoration and Protection Plan at Hammonton Town Council Meeting

The NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has identified that Hammonton Creek has an unhealthy level of phosphorus. NJDEP has contracted with Rutgers Cooperative Extension Water Resources Program to develop a Total Maximum Daily Load to diagnose the sources of the problem and to develop a plan for improving water quality. These plans will be shared, and public input is invited.
