All because winter is here does not mean you can’t get out and explore the trails. You just need to have some extra equipment and more situational awareness. Join the team at the Pequest Natural Resource Education Center as they walk you through what extra gear you want to have with you and what you need to be aware of when hiking in the winter. This is a classroom course; we will not be on the trails.

For ages 12 years and above. Participants 16 years and younger must be accompanied by a participating adult.
