We are happy to announce that the Division of Air Enforcement Seminar is back again this year. Join us in-person to learn more about Air Enforcement and our counterparts. Stay current and hear updates from both Air Enforcement, as well as regulatory updates from Air Permitting. Come gain an understanding of what the State Implementation Plan is, and how it affects what we do. You will also be able learn more about the Stewardship Program, as well as the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule. If you are subject to Emission Statements, have Continuous Emission Monitors, or conduct Stack Emissions Testing, we have you covered. We will have a presentation from the Emission Statement Program and an overview from the Emissions Measurement Section on Technical Manuals 1004/1005. Finally, we will have a multimedia question and answer panel that will include representatives from Air, Water, Underground Storage Tank, Hazardous Waste, and Solid Waste Programs.
