Over the past months, the Watershed and Land Management (formerly Land Use Management) NJPACT rule team has been considering regulatory changes that incorporate climate change considerations into the DEP’s land resource protection rules. Assistant Commissioner Mazzei will present the DEP’s framework for the Resilient Environments and Landscapes (REAL) rule amendments on December 22, 2020.
