e New Jersey Interagency Council on Climate Resilience invites you to join a webinar on Thursday, June 18th exploring how disadvantaged communities are disproportionately impacted by extreme heat. Climate equity and urban planning experts will discuss the urban heat islands effect, environmental justice, and spotlight successful community resilience interventions, such as planting trees and urban greening and community outreach and participatory research efforts focused on protecting public health.
